Challenge
This client is a Catholic nonprofit that offers spiritual resources.
Before the start of our engagement, these resources were primarily distributed through webinars and events, with little effort paid to other digital channels. Despite this, the demand for these resources was great.
NextAfter was tasked to take the program to another level by increasing the names, dollars, and donors generated by the program.
Solution
Through an intentional investment in digital–including moving to a new marketing platform–this organization was able to increase names, dollars, and donors exponentially. By promoting their great resources through Facebook, as well as spinning up a Google grant, more people were able to receive spiritual direction from this organization.
Results
By using digital acquisition channels to grow their file size, more people were able to attend webinars and events, more people downloaded timely resources (such as guides for specific Church seasons), and through intentional campaigns and their donor base grew by 117%.
