A quasi-cook, coffee enthusiast, and marketer by trade, Karina Rodriguez is an Senior Optimization Director at NextAfter.

She has 10 years of experience in the non-profit world and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in strategic leadership.

Karina always knew that she wanted to use her skills to serve others in a cause-based company. It was this passion, paired with her thirst for data, that drew her away from sunny California to join the NextAfter team in Texas.

Karina currently lives in McKinney, TX with her husband Anthony and the cutest baby girl, Maya. Apart from her work at NextAfter, Karina and her husband love to serve God, serve others, and watch The Office on a perpetual loop.
