Before joining NextAfter, Luke co-founded Just Add Video, a company dedicated to providing high-quality video production services to a range of clients. His expertise spans across video case studies, commercials, event filming, online courses, and more. Luke’s strategic approach to video content is rooted in a deep understanding of how video can transform nonprofit fundraising by creating emotional connections with audiences.

Luke holds a degree in Film and Media Production and is a firm believer in continuous learning and experimentation. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball with his son, Jan, and exploring the world with his lovely wife, Zuzia. He’s also proud to support his daughter Emilia’s beach volleyball career, creating a balance between his family and professional passions.
