Digital Marketing & Fundraising Account Director

We are looking for a high-capacity, highly motivated digital marketing and fundraising
leader with a desire to help nonprofit organizations grow through content marketing and
fundraising optimization.

At the core of our work is a/b testing and optimization. Testing is not just a word at NextAfter, but a part of our essence; we are never satisfied with “good enough.” In action, it means that as soon as a campaign is launched, we start thinking about how to make it measurably better.

We don’t trust gut feelings and intuition to assume something is better. We prove what works using data.. We see 5% conversion rates as 95% failure rates. And no campaign is ever the best it can be – there is always room to optimize.

Our culture is intellectually curious, loves digital marketing, willing to do the gritty work to get things done, and highly focused on achieving results—if you share those traits, you’ll be a great fit.
